Terms of sale and delivery

1. The seller

2. Prices and payment

The price shown for a bouquet is the full price: delivery is included and there are no extra charges. Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD).

You can pay in cash on delivery, by bank transfer or with PayPal.

3. Ordering

You send an order through the cart on the site. Once we have processed it, we confirm it by phone call or message; an order is accepted only when we confirm it.

Each bouquet is one of a kind, so the photo shows the exact bouquet you receive.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Belgrade that can be reached from our shop (Takovska 13) by public transport in about 40 minutes or less.

Roughly, that is: Stari grad and Dorćol, Vračar, Savski venac, the city parts of Zvezdara and Palilula, Konjarnik, Mirijevo, Voždovac as far as Banjica and Trošarina, Banovo brdo and Žarkovo, central Novi Beograd as far as Bežanijska kosa, and the centre of Zemun.

Outside the zone are, for example, Novi Beograd blocks 45 and 70, Zemun Novi grad, Galenika, Rakovica, Vidikovac and Medaković. If you are not sure your address is in the zone, message us before ordering.

The bouquet arrives in the window you chose in the order. Traffic can delay it by up to one hour.

5. Late delivery and cancellation

If the bouquet arrives neither in the chosen window nor within the extra hour, you may cancel the order. If you have already paid, we refund you.

Flowers are perishable goods, so the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to delivered bouquets.

6. Complaints

Send a complaint by Instagram message (@belgrade.kyoto.flowers) or to kyotoflowers.belgrade@gmail.com. Give the phone number the order was placed from and, if you can, a photo of the bouquet. We answer within the period set by law.
